Bardic Dance

You move through combat with such elegance that it resembles a dance. Your steps are not only mesmerizing, but the Aura seems to flow with you, weaving Bardic Music into every motion.

When you take this talent, choose one of the following melody categories:

Calm Melodies – Minor: Nocturne, Major: Sleepsong
Ominous Melodies – Minor: Elegy, Major: Requiem for Death
Rousing Melodies – Minor: Battle Hymn, Major: Lovesong

You immediately learn the Minor Melody from your chosen category.

When you begin dancing, you gain the effect of your chosen melody.
You can perform all other combat actions normally, but must move at least 2 m (1 space) each round to maintain the dance. If you fail to move, the dance — and its effect — ends immediately.

Each round of dancing costs 1 Grace or 1 Stamina point.
Starting your dance requires a Performance skill check.
The effect ends the moment you stop dancing.

You can take this talent multiple times, choosing a different melody category each time.

Level Effect:

You learn Minor Melody from the chosen category.

You learn Major Melody from the chosen category. To maintain it you need to spend two Grace or Stamina points.

You only need one focus point to maintain major melody.
