You manipulate the blood within your foe, halting their movement before they can strike.
When a creature within range makes an Attack Roll, you may activate this technique to interfere with its motion.
You do it as if performing a Dodge Reaction — you reduce the target’s Hit Strength. If you reduce the target’s Hit Strength to 0, the creature cannot complete that action and takes 1 point of damage.
You can use this technique to protect yourself or an ally.

 

You must spend 1 Guard Point to perform this technique, as you would when performing a Dodge Reaction.
Because this technique requires fast, precise aura control, it uses your Concentration.
