When taking this talent you choose oneof  the folowing animal forms:

Using a very strong connection to nature, you are able to take the form of the chosen animal. In a Quick Action, you consume two Focus Points and shape-shift into the form of the animal. Each hour spent in the form of an animal costs another Focus Point. After changing into the animal, you receive 3 temporary Hit Points and you return to your original form if you lose them. You can also change into your original form at any time as a free action. 

 

Your clothes and equipment do not change with you.
