You twist incoming flames aside and hurl them back at their source.

• When you are hit by a fire-based attack (including Aura Techniques) , you may use this Technique to increase the die size used in your Block Reaction. Use the following die size progression: d4 → d6 → d8.

   

• Unlike a normal Block Reaction, this Technique may reduce the damage to 0.

   

• If you reduce the damage to 0, you may immediately strike back, targeting the original attacker with the same Technique and using the same attack roll result.

   

• You may use this rechnique even against Area Attacks that normally don't allow Block Reactions.

   

Because this Technique requires fast, precise aura control, it uses up your Concentration and counts against the maximum number of Techniques on which you may maintain Concentration.
