Anything that counts as a movement. Every character has a resource Movement Speed that determines the distance they can move on their turn. Most races (such as human) have Movement Speed of 8 meters (or 4 spaces).
Move
Move up to your Combat Speed. Once you perform an Action, any remaining movement is lost. Moving through or out of a hostile creature’s melee reach counts as Difficult Terrain.
Difficult Terrain
If you're on Difficult Terrain your movement speed cost is doubled.
Careful Step
Move 2 meters (1 space) carefully.

It does not count as moving past or out of the reach of a hostile creature.

Uses up your entire Movement
Fall / Stand
You either fall prone or stand up from prone. This movement type costs you 4 meters (or 2 spaces).
