You create a wall of raging winds up to 10 meters long and 2 meters high on solid ground within range.

 

When the wall appears, this Technique’s Success Roll is treated as a Ranged Attack Roll against all creatures in the area. On a hit, the target is pushed directly away from the wall up to 2 meters per Hit Strength. On Hit Strength 3, the target is also knocked Prone.

 

This attack cannot be Blocked, only Dodged. This Technique works best against Medium and smaller targets. If the target is Large, reduce the Technique’s Hit Strength by 1.

 

The wall remains while you maintain Concentration:

 

  • A creature must spend its full Movement to pass through the wall.

     

  • Ranged Weapon Attacks that pass through the wall reduce their Advantage Level by 1. Attacks that would not normally have Advantage instead suffer Disadvantage.

     

  • Additionally, Ranged Attacks that pass through the wall have their damage reduced by half. If a weapon’s Piercing Critical Feature activates, that attack ignores this damage reduction.
